My Hours are Monday-Friday 10am to 6:30 pm. This doesn't mean that I won't come in earlier or leave later for a client. I can work a Saturday now and then but it's usually by appointment. Saturday appointments are usually in the morning so I can have the rest of the day to myself.
When you make an appointment, plan to keep it unless an "oh crap" moment happens. I get to know my clients and pretty well know about their lives. There are sometimes when you can't give 24 hr notice and I get that...let me know what happened. If you don't say anything and "no show" me, you've just affected my income and tried my patience. Some people make appointments knowing they're going to cancel them...not a good move.
If you do end up "no showing" me, the best thing you can do is pay me for my time. Because I will sit and wait to see if you're just running late. If I sit, wait and text you, and there's still no word, I'm making a note in your file so I can decide if there's time for you later...if you ask.
Showing up late doesn't mean that you will get any of the time that would remain....especially if you're 30 mins late to an hour appointment.
So make an appointment with plans to attend, and if something major happens, let me know if you can't make it.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
